From love to literature to storytelling

My name is Insa.

Hello! My name is Insa, and I share my passion for words and worlds both as a novelist and as an educator. With a solid foundation in German studies and as a teacher of German and French, I have devoted my heart to the world of literature and the art of language for over two decades.

The journey - from teaching to inspiration

After training as a writing educator, I decided to share my knowledge and love of writing. I lead writing courses to inspire others to write their own creative texts. In doing so, I help to gain more visibility with their texts on social media. But that’s not all – my fascination with historical novels, socially critical works, fantasy literature and utopias keeps me constantly searching for the next great book.

My heart beats for France

France and the French language have a special place in my heart, which led me to study French and spend every free moment in this beautiful country. My time in Paris during my studies was inspiring in every way. This love and connection to France also flows into my writing – my debut novel “Platanen im Schnee” is a tribute to France, wrapped in an engaging historical love story.

My very personal recommendations

I narrate, therefore I am.
